How does the scanner actually work?
Every 6 hours we scrape Paved Marketplace, beehiiv sponsor pages, Sponsy Booker storefronts, Passionfroot creator storefronts, and 200 hand-curated rate-card URLs. For each listing we compute the expected affiliate revenue across 50+ pre-loaded B2B SaaS programs (HubSpot, Notion, ClickUp, Close, Baremetrics, etc.). When spread > 1.5× and persona match > 0.4, you get a Telegram alert within 60 seconds.
What happens at the 25-spot LTD cap?
Founders LTD closes forever once 25 spots sell. Future buyers can only sign up for Starter or Operator monthly. The cap is a credibility commitment, not theatre — we will not reopen it.
Can I switch tiers later?
Yes. LTD holders can hold both LTD + a paid tier for team seats. Monthly subs can upgrade Starter → Operator at any time (prorated). Polar.sh customer portal handles all of it.
What if the spread alerts are noisy?
Tune the spread threshold (default 1.5×, can go up to 4.0×) and niche filters in your dashboard. The default rate is calibrated so that an active subscriber sees 1-4 alerts per day.
